Forgiveness (Bright Talk) Ep 4

Do we need to forgive?

A relief to convey, and a comfort to embrace. We all want to be forgiven but not always want to overlook, which is part of our intelligence conflicts.

Forgiveness sounds hard sometimes, and the pain we hold keeps holding us from forgiving. Also, sometimes it grows by the days and might lead to undesired consequences.

Why it is easier for us to ask for forgiveness than to forgive?

Mostly we are vulnerable when we ask for forgiveness, and defensive when are wanted to forgive — vulnerability results openness and acceptance.

Let me ask you, do we need to forgive if we didn’t judge? Judgment often creates, and grudge. We judge the situation or the person and translate this judgment to a negative emotion of hatred and grudges.

Not to judge is more comfortable than to forgive, because when we judge, we declare our rightness over others, and take our judgment of reading the situation as the complete truth.

Acceptance might help us to forgive. When we accept what happens we free ourselves from bitterness and grudge. Acceptance grows our experiences and enriches our self-stability because it helps us to move forward.

Remember: bitterness and grudge are stations on your life journey. Think about it, do you want to stay at this station or keep moving towed your life.

Ultimately.

There are different possible ways to find out how acceptance and forgiveness help you progress. Coaching is one of them because it helps to trigger and organize our thoughts, which scientifically proven that are affecting our lives.
