The Total Weight Loss Transformation 90-Day Intensive Program
the program was designed for those who don’t believe in diet or the deprivation as a way to be in a good shape and also for those who went through different diet programs but unfortunately couldn’t continue or reached the desired weight but returned like before or even worse within few months, we have the right to enjoy our lives but in the proper way.
In our program we will be on a weekly (45 -60) minutes (1 to 1 )session for 12 weeks within 90 days, to be close from each other during this time to monitor the progress and celebrate the achievements, also to take your hand when you stuck and to make sure that we are on the right track toward our goal.
